Duo v2: Device is Offline
Anyone any idea what this means? Came across it when connecting to Dashboard to check on Diskspace usage, not because of any issue - as I haven't had any. Running firmware 5.3.3. BTW -...

I have exactly the same problem with an NV+ v2
I installed 2 x Seagate 3TB disks using RAID-X (which are on the hardware compatibility list). Moved a stack of data from a full windows server and all seemed to be fine. Shut down for the night and on the next reboot the Ready NAS comes up offline. I have tried re-installing the O/S but to no avail, and I can't access the shares.
Two other snags with these...
1) you can't take the disc out and pop it in another machine as they use a non standard disc format / RAID scheme
2) If you use it to back up a windows server and have it integrated with AD and the Windows server fails you can't access the data because you don't have a domain controller.
These aren't fit for any kind of purpose and I'm really not pleased.
