Sorry. I did not see a possible solution in either of the 2 links StephenB shared. But, it does seem that others have the same issue.
I still get to do a Factory Reset boot.
I still get to do a OS Reload boot.
I still get to upgrade the f/w to its' lastest beta.
I proceed forward aware that a bug/glitch still exists in the DUO-v2 area.
