Duo won't boot, how to proceed?

Normally the blinking LED is the one that was removed, is failing, or is resyncing.
Maybe try restarting again, but bypassing the file system check?
The ultra should be able to read the USB drives. If they are connected, maybe try removing them when you power down the system to try booting w/o the file system check.
