Duplicate files
Recently we've noticed we have random lowercase duplicates files. Not all files are duplicateds but seems like when we open or edit a file, that's either in all caps or partial caps a day or two late...
It happens on both types of users, some files only Win Users open and some files only Mac Users open and we've seen it happen shortly after the file was created and it was only used by the original creator.
