Edge/explorer security warning
When I access my ReadyNAS through windows Edge browser on my PC I get the following message:
This site is not secure
This might mean that someone’s trying to trick you or steal any inform...

It will recur from time to time even in Chrome. You can store a security exception in Firefox, which will be persistent.
You can try storing the NAS certificate in your PC's trusted root store, but that might just give you a different security warning.
The underlying issue is that the NAS certificate is self-signed, so the PC can't verify that the NAS is what it claims to be.
