Email addy req'd to install v5.3.5?
Can anyone please tell me WHY I MUST give the RAIDiator Installer an Email Address to install this F/W? I can not get by this initial screen. Is there some 'pass-thru' but inactive, address I can us...

Well, yes it does. But, this is a bogus workaround to me. 25yrs ago I created a 'bogus' email addy of "me@home.com."
Sadly, today I have no idea whether this bogus addy may/may not be for real/active.
Back to my original point, I wish a way to disable this 'now' mandatory ARM firmware install 'feature.' I just do not wish to have my NAS sending emails to me out from my home and cluttering up my ISP email services. I do not wish for my NAS to be an Internet Citizen that communicates external of my home LAN in the background.
