Email Not Working When Nas is on

You are saying that the router doesn't work when the NAS is powered on? And this happens at home and at work? Is this the same NAS or two different models?
By "not work" do you mean you can't reach the internet from a PC? If so, can you reach local equipment (for instance the NAS and or printers)?
Does the problem disappear when you disconnect the ethernet cable of the RN102? (leaving it powered up).
