Thanks for the quick reply. This may mark the end of my troubled journey with this product. I just filed a case (#19684102) asking for a refund or replacement since the unit doesn't perform as advertised in its FAQ.
I already endured months of waiting for the firmware to fix the "Error 0x80070027: Disk is full" condition that prevented its use. I could have paid a lot less for the unit if I had known to wait until that error had been fixed. This situation feels like round two.
I'll report back with Support's response.
