Erro connecting to folder
I am using connected my remote office with site to site vpn and truing to add folder in NAs but getting error. in my local PC i am able to open this salred ip folder but in nas getting error
OK, so the screen grab showing the test1 folder is from your PC and it is accessing a remote system at 10.10.20.11? And you are on the same side of the VPN as the NAS? To elaborate on what StephenB listed as possibilities, a possible network issue is access to the VPN by the NAS due to firewall rules. What VPN are you using? What firewall, if separate? Can the user of the remote system see the NAS on the network? If he has access rights to the NAS, can he also access files on it? What is the IP address of the NAS?
