Hotfix1 is already released. Kindly try to get your NAS connected on the Internet and reboot

If I am right, this concerns a hotfix on firmware release 6.10.4
I already installed firmware release 6.10.5
- Would the hotfix be included in this latest release?
The error message keeps reappearing on a daily basis.
- What is the most recent version of the virus software?
- How can I find out the version of the virus software my NAS is currently using?
Can anybody help me out?
I may have purchased this with 4 2TB drives.

This has not been able to auto update the AV since Sept 18th. It's under warranty right? You folks do support your product? RIGHT???
