Error 1013050001 #25604880

So after I upgrade to firmware 6.2.4 it a nightmare the NAS restart and work good for a little bit 10 or 20 minutes but then it goes to read only seem, can't create folder or do anything, I can see the files but that all.1013050001  pre_proc_add_share() failed with status=1

    Hello ndpm,

     

    I checked on your support case and you were advised to do OS reinstall. Please avoid doing it, we would like to see what happened and caused this. In cases like this, there are times OS reinstall will only worsen the problem.

     

    Send system logs to mdgm or to the support case opened, I think the support expert you spoke with emailed you and requested for it. It is possible that they will esclate the case to L3 to just fix volume allocation.
