If you are the original purchaser, the manufacturer's warranty is 3 years. The RN214 was introduced in the fall of 2016, so most owners should still be covered by the warranty.

You'd do this via my.netgear.com. If you never uploaded your proof of purchase, you will need to do that.

Hi,
Ok so I called Netgear, and creating a case number #41230668, and sat on the phone, nearly an hour, explaining all this few times to the agent, who spoke toa Senoir Expert 3 times, then was told we'll call you back, ok I said, thanks speak soon.
5 days later I asked for an update on my warranty case via the portal, and got a thanks, sorry it took so long, we need to do troubleshooting as per our policy(err did I mention if I reboot the NICs don't work....), so sorry for inconvienence can you call us, case closed.........
WAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry Netgear this is not customer support.
We have a saying in AU, "NOT HAPPY JAN!!!".
Netgear, the product you built is broken after firmware 6.9.3, please fix or replace.
