Thanks for the info mdgm and StephenB. it seems like going backwards is not the way to go! but then the additional $250 does not include the stocking fees which is 15% that will be charged by MSY during return.

Is there any way to use the 104 for surveillance? I do business trips very often and would prefer to be able to check out my home while i'm away. for instance, backdoor installation of surveillance software.
