Failed upgrade

No, I cannot get to the boot menu. No, I cannot boot it in support mode. It never gets that far in the process of starting up. The LEDs blink once and after that it gets stuck with LED 1+3, in all attempts. That's all it will do. Also, I noticed that the LCD screen never lights up. And all that because a firmware upgrade.
