Failed upgrade
I have a ReadyNAS NV+ that I tried to upgrade the firmware this Monday. After the usual upgrade message, I got the "please reboot" message and I did. It did not reboot quickly. On Wednesday (2 days...
You could also try removing the current disks (NAS off) and see if RAIDar detects the NAS when you power it diskless.
If it does, you could also try inserting a spare disk into the diskless unit, and see if that installs properly.
