Failed Windows Image backup to ReadyNAS 104 6.9.5
Hello all,
I'm using a NetGear ReadyNAS RN104 at firmware level 6.9.5.
Today I tried to run a full backup of my new Windows 10 laptop. The initial backup includes an image mode backup, too.

Hi HolgerGT86, I cannot help you to understand your windows/home folder issue.
Instead of wrestling with that, why not creating a dedicated share called "Backup_MachineName", which should only be accessable by admin and your concerned user account. Then use this share as the target for your backup.

I was following the referenced knowledge base document. The backup is still running, but it's looking good so far. Nevertheless, I already have a comment to the referenced document. I'm missing details about the share settings "File Access" tab. I'm not an expert on access authorization and because of this I would find it helpful if the document would include details if I need to take care about the "File Access" settings at all, and if so, which settings to apply.Many thanks for now!

The Windows backup completed successfully. Nevertheless, it would be interesting to understand why it fails using the user's home share.
