False SMART errors from bay on NAS Duo??

The normal Seagate test should fail with 3680 reallocated sectors (although the short generic test might pass).
I would also download Western Digital's LifeGuard tool, and use it to check the smart statistics. (you can also use Acronis Drive Monitor for this). Both are free.
Normal guidance is that a disk needs replacing if it has more than 50 reallocated sectors.
