FF Browseable
What might be the reason that the setup-pages aren't browseable ? I'm using FF 23.0.1 and especially for the System/Settings page this very annoying Any solution ?

Very confusing and not so user-friendly.
One has to know there can be another kind of scrollbar under the Refresh button.
I was expecting the "normal" (always visible) scrollbar.
Would be better is it was always visible (when available on the page) and not just when the mouse gets moved there
