File lock won't go away and server seems to reboot

We just set this RN2120 up in July. The data is set for anyone in our company to be able to access anything on the file server as long as we have set up the share on their PC. We had Matthew roll through last week and just before we left the store I shut the NAS down and pulled the power plug to make sure there were no issues with a power spike. When we got back the NAS seems like it wants to stop talking on the network about once every hour and a half and when people make changes to any of the Windows files on it it keeps the file lock on the file for close to an hour before releasing. We haven't made any changes to the setup or network so I cannot figure out why this keeps happening. Firmware is V6.4.1 and connecting with Windows 7.

    Hello taste1337,

If you can still access the admin page, please verify the share/s that is/are set to be accessible by the users.

I guess you can try contacting support too since this is an RN2120, it may need to be troubleshot with an expert with you on the phone or live CHAT.
