For OS6 models we'd recommend running 6.5.2 or later. 6.5.0 and later has the new WSD discovery service.
With Windows 10 you also want the workgroup on the NAS to match the one on your PC.

Never mind I found the following link under Microsoft Support on how to re-eanble SMB2 and SMB3. The link is:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2696547
The commands to undo the disablement of SMB2 and SMB3 to reverse the above commands from Destne's solution is:
To enable SMBv1 on the SMB client, run the following commands:
sc.exe config lanmanworkstation depend= bowser/mrxsmb10/mrxsmb20/nsi
sc.exe config mrxsmb10 start= auto
sc.exe config mrxsmb10 start= auto
And futher, to enable SMBv2 and SMBv3 on the SMB client, run the following commands:
sc.exe config lanmanworkstation depend= bowser/mrxsmb10/mrxsmb20/nsi
sc.exe config mrxsmb20 start= auto
sc.exe config mrxsmb20 start= auto
To undo the regedit, just delete the DWORD entry you had made with the name EnableLinkedConnections and value 1
And finally remove/"uninstall" the SMB Plus app on the ReadyNAS server.
