Files required for migrating from v4 to v6

My Ultra already has been upgraded to two 2GB ;)

Since OS 6 is 64 bits, it shall support more that 2^31 (not 32) bits = 2 GB of RAM. Anyone has tested putting 4 GB or more in these units?

The max for the Ultra 4000 is 2 GB. The Intel D410 processor was limited to 2x2GB RAM, and unfortunately the Ultra 4000 only has one slot.
