Hi udolein,
Welcome to the community!
This seems odd. Was this behavior evident on a plugged in USB storage in your ReadyNAS? I suggest that you report this problem via support (Chat).
Kind regards,

I'm also having problemsn with SMB after upgrading to 6.5.1. In the last weeks I turned off AFP acces - because Apple is moving away from AFP - and have set SMB acces to all shares. This worked excellent, but now after upgrading to 6.5.1 SOME of my shares are not accesible, while SOME are....
I get an error message saying something like "the operation can not be completed bacause original entry for share MAIN-Software can not be found" (original errormessage in Dutch). When I check through the admin page, all shares are present and hold information.
Any clues ????

Hi whgmkeller1,
Welcome to the community!
Can you confirm if the ReadyNAS or the said share is mounted in your MAC? Also, have you tried disabling the SMB service in the admin page? Or perhaps resetting the permission of the affected shares?
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
BrianL

Hi. Problem is solved.
After the upgrade to 6.5.0, somehow the SMB access settings had chaged. I ammended this and now all shares are visible and accessable.
Thanks.

Hi whgmkeller1,
So you downgraded back to 6.5.0? Anyhow, I'm glad that its working again and I suggest that you continue to monitor the SMB access to see if the issue is completely gone.
Kind regards,
BrianL
