Firmware corrupted Root, can't access Admin page
Can anyone share some insight into the follow issue, the NAS Server discoverable and on the the network but can't access the Admin page.
In the Netgear discovery tool I can see the device and stated corrupted root.
Tried Factory resetting and loading the firmware using the USB option and I was able to reset it to default but still can't access the Admin page to make any changes, not the device is on the IP 192.168.168.168 and can't even change back to 192.168.0.114 as it was previously before the reset.

FYI, this was almost certainly more than needed. The system normally boots from a small OS partition on the drives. That file system can sometimes get corrupted. A USB recovery isn't normally needed (and has some risk). The usual recovery is to start with an OS reinstall, and if that fails, then try a factory default.

The NAS will ask your router for an IP address (using DHCP). In your case, the NAS isn't getting an IP address, and it eventually fails over to 192.168.168.168. First try removing the network cable from the NAS, and connecting it again.
If that fails, you can try powering down the NAS, rebooting the router (and any intermediate switches), and then power up the NAS again, and see if that clears it.
It is also possible to do a direct connect procedure, and manually reset the IP to a 192.168.0.x address. But try those steps first.
