Hello OliverMeyer,
It does that you were on the process of upgrading the firmware of the NAS from 6.2.4 to the latest version available but encountered a problem. May I ask what is the exact model of your readynas device? Do you have a back up of the data save on the NAS?

Tge exact model is RN10400 with feactory fw 6.0.4. There is no bachup :smileysad:

For RN104 you cannot upgrade from the 6.2.4 to latest firmware version you will need to do go through different firmware stops, please check read the therad here.

So, i've tried to updae to 6.2.5. The boot process started from the stick successfully, the system switched off. After switching on, the system stuckin the boot process.

Do you have backup of the data save on the NAS? Have you tried rebooting the NAS again and what the does the status display screen says?
