First Disk Missing on ReadyNAS 204 After Boot
I've been running a ReadyNAS 204 for years without any issues. I usually keep it powered off until I need to access it. The last time I powered it on was back in June, and everything was working fine...

FWIW, that was a bad idea.

SMART isn't telling you the whole story.
There's a flood of disk i/o errors in dmesg.log, systemd-journal.log, and kernel.log. Unfortunately the disk appears to have failed.
FWIW, it is best not to post log zip files publicly - there is some information leakage when you do that.

StephenB Sandshark Really appreciate for your reply.
I moved my hard drive from Slot 1 to Slot 2, but the result is the same—volume not found.
Attached are the two screenshots you requested. Could `mdadm` help restore or rebuild the volume in this situation? Should I try external enclosure to help recover the disk?
Thanks again!

No. mdadm is the linux software raid software. You have jbod volumes with no RAID redundancy, so mdadm cannot help you.
The UNCs suggest the disk has failed. You can confirm that by connecting the drive to a Windows PC and using vendor tools to test it (seatools for Seagate, dashboard for Western Digital)
You can try to clone the drive using cloning software that does sector by sector copying. That might allow you to get back some of the data. But that assumes that enough of the data and metadata can be copied to allow recovery software to get some of the files
