Folder disappeared from readynas duo Media share
Sorry if this is often asked but a search reveals people with *similar* problems but not the same.
I keep my torrent stuff in one folder called BitTorrent on my Duo, 4.1.8 (under the main Media folder). This directory has various sub directories in it.
Transmission isn't working for me at the moment so I download via utorrent on my main PC and have the files save directly to the readnas - BitTorrent folder.
Last night I was downloading a huge work torrent of files (23GB in total) but only selecting about 2GB of it that I wanted. It completed last night at some point and on booting up this morning the share was there...
However, an hour later or so, the whole BitTorrent folder is gone, disappeared, not a trace!
Nothing in recycle bin, no trace of subfolders, anything. Nothing visible in backup via frontview. Nothing in logs.
Any ideas?
