Frontview and supported browsers
I'm confused. I'm sure I used to be able to use Google Chrome from both Win7 and Win10 PCs to access Frontview on my NAS. The issue is one where it loads, after being presented with a warning about ...

I don't think it has something to do with the certificates. It's definitely a browser problem as other web browsers do not get the same problem.
You may try downgrading the Chrome and Firefox web browsers that do not work normal with the FrontView.

Thanks for the suggestion about the browser version. I can't claim to understand what changes come through in different releases or indeed what standard should be catered for when considering how the browser interfaces with products such as Frontview., but it was worth a look.
However, as I can't recall the exact date this started happening I used Filehippo to pull down an older Chrome version (non beta) at v54.0.2840.71 (32 bit)which was Jun16.
Whilst the irritating security warning still shows, I can ignore and the Frontview session works as it should!
For the record Raidiator is 4.1.15 and my main PC is running Chrome v54.0.2840.71 m (64-bit)
I guess it's just a bit hit or miss with each release of Chrome, and perhaps other browsers too, but at least I know I can revert to an earlier version to restore functionality now.

FWIW, 54.0.2840.87 m works on my PC with 4.1.15.

Yeah. It's surprising that more stuff doesn't break, given the pace of the updates.
