I pulled one drive out to make sure I could read it on my PC via Linux reader. This drive is still in my PC. As far as I'm concerned, my data isn't at risk as I can also access the same data on the nas from the other drive. I ideally need to fix the UI, rather than having to factory reset it (which may not even work).
