Thanks for coming back so promptly. This is the screen I'm presented with if I navigate either via RAIDar or the IP address of the NAS. It normally displays options down the left hand side but since this problem has manifest, nothing is available.
I wasn't aware a factory reset deleted all hard-drive data - my bad - thanks for the clarification. Fortunately I have all my media backed up in other locations. Once the NAS is back on line I'll get it going again.
Any thoughts?
