ftp from seedbox to Nas drive

I think with a seedbox you should be able to use ftp or rsync.

Edit I just relised what you are saying you want the nas to do it without your pc being involved,
should be able to set up a backup job using rsync i think.

Yea it so there is no pc. how do I install rsync on my seedbox?

As far as i know seedboxes allready support rsync but not 100% sure about that because i have never used one.

I've never used one either, but from what I've read they all support FTP.
