    On an RN102???

That seems like an awfully big load for an entry-level NAS.  You'd need a lot more passive ports forwarded too.

Yes, on RN102. I have open 50000 - 50005 in ftp settings. I have to forword these ports also in my router?

20-40 users might work, but won't work very well.  The RN102 is just an entry level NAS, plus you have a home router and a limited connection speed (compared to a hosted service).

If these are simultaneously transfering data, then you'e need at least 1 passive port for each.  It you assume 2 (just to have some margin) you'd need to open 50000-50089, and forward them all in the router.

There might be some other limits, I've never looked closely at how Netgear sets the default FTP server configuration.

I'm not sure what you are trying to do here, but there are some reasonably inexpensive hosted services that might be more appropriate.
