FW: 6.4.0 RN10400 does not boot. Stuck in Booting...

Hi All,

 

Hoping someone here can help.

 

I have a RN10400 with 4x3TB WD RED NAS drives with 50% capacity.

I have recently updated to FW: 6.4.0, although after updating,

i've found lost connection with the NAS and at times not being able to access.

 

The issue has gotten worse since then, and the NAS does not bootup anymore.

 

It is stuck at "Booting..." with lights on Drives: 1,2,3,4, Activity.

Power blinking at regular intervals.

 

I have done my research and read that you maybe able to recover via a USB drive.

 

I have tried that:

 

I have built a USB drive and inserted it on the front USB slot.

It has gone into USB Recovery Mode and ahs shut down.

I have powered on the device and shows as Booting... and then Updating FW...

After a while it goes back to Booting... again.

 

I've waited for 20 mins and nothing happens..

 

What am i missing?
