If the TVs are accessing media with ReadyDLNA, then it is more likely that the ReadyDLNA database needs rescanning.

Did you try rescanning the media (system->settings DLNA)

Hello Garthadam,
If those files do not show on your other LAN devices that access the NAS shares where you have the media files then it must be something on the media player that you need to adjust for refreshing the list or clearing the cache.
