Hey,
Did you upgrade your ReadyCLOUD account to a NETGEAR account? After you upgrade your account to a NETGEAR account, you need to try logging in to the MyNETGEAR account and confirm if you have access to your friends' box. If you see your friends box but it is offline, your friend may not have upgraded their stuff yet.

Yes we did all. When I'm using MS Edge as a browser everthing is okay.
But it's so curious that Chrome give's that refusal.
Ofcourse, using Edge ensures the use of Readycloud but.... it's weird that Google refuses to connect.

I only use Chrome to access ReadyCLOUD.
Can you screen shot the error and show it? can you try incognito mode on Chrome?

Going into the incognito mode did the trick!
