Hang on power timer shutdown: 6.4.0, RN10400, RN10200
I have two ARM RN devices, a 104 and a 102. While the 104 had periodically suffered the hang on power timer shutdown in the past, the 102 never had after about a year. Upon upgrading to 6.4.0 however...

Are you suggesting that a USB recovery could fix this... it hasn't been suggested before??
