HDD Degraded state

One of our customer using ReadyNas 3312, issue with HDD so we replaced new HDD
and resync completed and HDD showing is online, but logs are showing degraded state please help me how we can resolve this issue

Hello MahiNeelagiri ,
Please follow the mentioned steps to get the required logs:
1.Open the NAS Admin GUI
2.Go to system >> Logs
3.Click on Download logs
The log file name will be like this: System_log-jding-716-20220519-084655.zip.Please provide us the disk info part from the logs to investigate the faulty disk.

Download the full log zip, and look in there for clues.
In particular, check mdstat.log, as it should show you what raid array is degraded.
If you can't make sense of it, you can send me a download link to the full log zip in a private message (PM), using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page. Make sure the permissions allow anyone with the link to download.
