HDD Degraded state

One of our customer using ReadyNas 3312, issue with HDD so we replaced new HDD
and resync completed and HDD showing is online, but logs are showing degraded state please help me how we can resolve this issue

Hello MahiNeelagiri ,
Please follow the mentioned steps to get the required logs:
1.Open the NAS Admin GUI
2.Go to system >> Logs
3.Click on Download logs
The log file name will be like this: System_log-jding-716-20220519-084655.zip.
Please provide us the disk info part from the logs to investigate the faulty disk.
