HELP!! Case # 18770708
I have an ultra 4 plus. Was running 4.2.20. I installed 4.2.21 and the first time it booted was fine, but frontview said my volume didnt exist. Yet raidar showed the volume. So I did a shutdown. ...
I have the same issue with Readynas Pro. I have tried OS reinstall and it still hangs at booting (it does get past extracting firmware though). It also does not appear in RAIDar. Next I will be trying a factory reset. Hopefully that will work. Any additional info available would be appreciated.
