Licenses for Arcus aren't available anymore - that ended in 12/31/2018. At that time, Netgear removed it from the app store.

Were you reinstalling for some reason?

Not something I do, but I suggest something like Blue Iris on a PC (using a NAS share for storage).
I don't know of any apps that can be installed on the NAS.

Given the age of the Linux distro ReadyNAS OS is based on, installing anything is a chore, and likely will be a very old version if you do succeed. If it's not a ReadyNAS-specific build (that should already take care of it), you also need to insure it doesn't fill the very small OS partition with logs or other files (camera videos in this case).
I also personally believe than running a surveillance system on a headless NAS is not a good plan -- you need a video system.
I run Blue Iris on a PC and have my NAS set up as the archival data location, so not much stays on the PC running it for long..
