Help Please - Firmware Upgrade
Hello, I have a Readynas Do V2 and received an email alst night saying that there is a firmware upgrade availbale and it is the last one for my machine. I logged into it and clicked check for updates...

Netgear made a mistake in that email, and accidentally sent it to a wider audience than they should have.
They meant to send it to ultra and pro NAS owners, but swept in duo, nv+, duo v2, nv+ v2 as well.
FWIW, I didn't get it, and my pro-6 is registered.

It is my understanding that the email was sent to all users with End-Of-Life (EOL) ReadyNAS units regardless of whether the particular End of Life unit was one that runs 4.2.28 or not.

Might be, but I have 3 EOL NAS, and I didn't get it.
It shouldn't have been sent that broadly anyway, given the confusion here from users who don't have x86 legacy NAS.
