Help with drive failure

Only having SSH will limit a number of things that we are able to do, so the logs idea may not work.
I have looked at the dmesg output that you posted. The RAID does seem to be coming online. (That is the good news)
I am not clear what it is getting stuck on from the dmesg. What firmware version are you running? (/etc/raidiator_version)
