That is 4.1.10 (latest firmware). 4.01c1-p10 is using the old naming scheme. /var/log/raidiator_version would show the current naming scheme.
It was clear from the dmesg output that you had 4.1.9 or later due to the kernel version reported.

might indicate why Frontview isn't working.
You could try
and see if that brings Frontview online.
If you can get Frontview online then you could download the logs.

# /usr/sbin/apache-ssl -f /etc/frontview/apache/httpd.conf -k restart
and see if that brings Frontview online.
