Help with drive failure

O.K. So disk 2 was marked as the dead disk?
Looks from that like disk 1 is on the way out as well.
Also I wonder if either the USB disk is full. If it isn't perhaps it wasn't mounted at some point and the root partition filled up though the root partition isn't full now.
