High 'Raw Read Error Rate', but SMART says 'OK'

Update:
Since the time I wrote my post the values for Raw Read Error Rate only increased while the NAS did a "RAID scrubbing" on saturday night.
Before that and since then there is no change to the value on all four discs.

Hi,
I suggest to test disk with WD tool,
Shutdown the nas.
Extract only one disk at time and connect via a docking station to a windows pc and lauch WD tool (search it on WD support site for the latest version)
The values are not good, specially 'Current Pending Sector 1'
I suggest a full backup as soon as possible
