Not sure why you're asking here... But ten seconds with Google shows http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1113910-minecraft-working-on-mac-os-10411-tiger/, which has a lot of suggestions and advice, but eventually concludes that it isn't worth trying to get Minecraft to run on old PowerPC-based Macs.
