How do I backup single file via FTP not whole folder

Hi,

I have a ReadyNAS 102 - I backup a remote server to my 102 via FTP.

All FTP backups are working fine where I want the whole folder contents to come to the 102.

But when I specify just a single file, the file is not downloaded.

In the 'Source' tab in the 'Path:' field I have put the name of the file I want: e.g. /httpdocs/site_backup/file.zip - is this right?
