How to Access Ready Nas on our Office Network
I've set up our ReadyNas system and everything is properly connected to the internet and I've successfully set up our Ready Cloud admin page. Now I just can't figure our how to access the ReadyNas on our office network so that everyone at the office can access and add files to it. How do we configure it so that we can see and use it? Please help!! Thank you!!

How many people will be using the NAS, and how do you expect them to use it? Will they be using the NAS to share files? Or just for their own files? Do you want everyone to have full access, or is some of the data sensitive (access limited to just a few)?
The cliff-notes version is that you create the shares you want for data on the NAS, and enable at last the SMB fileshareing protocol. You then create user accounts on the NAS. You can for instance create one user account that you all share. Or you can create one account for every user. It depends on how tightly you want to control who can read and write what.
Then you access the NAS from Windows using Windows Explorer (and with an OSX system with finder)/ The shares show up as folders that you can use.

Dear Stephen,
Thank you for your reply! We are a photography studio and will be using the ReadyNa exclusively to download our daily image files and then I woudl everyone in the office to be able to access them without restrictions. We can create just one account for all to share.
I was under te impression that the Ready Nas wouls show up on our network jsut like all the computers do (or even our printer.) Is that not correct? Is the only way to access the files through an internet browser?
Thanks!

Yes that is true. Do you use Mac OSX or Windows PCs? For OSX you access the ReadyNAS with finder, not your web browser.
