How to add local folders to backup job Mac

Im backing up folder "x" on my second internal hd, to my raid in a folder with the same name, and want to repeat that with other desired folders later.
When i select source i have the option "volume C" but not "D" which is the one hd i want to backup from, how do i acces or add folders from that disk?
Selecting destination, i guess its the "select this readynas or remote" option? If so, i dont get any option to choose the spesific path...
