How to configure RAID on readynas 2100

Hi thanks for the quick response. I am using Firmware version RAIDiator 4.2.31

Is this the same as per your instructions?

    Many thanks for all your help. I have one mirrored pair syncing as we speak. Added other drives but assume it needs to finish sync before it will allow me to create another array?
