How to make the NAS completely open
I have my ReadyNAS Pro in a small Home office network with 3 different users all accessing the 5 different shares on it. I am so struggling to give everybody full acces to all shares. I somehow can't...

Hi
I have a ReadyNAS NV+
Firmware: RAIDiator 4.1.7
I have followed the above post to the letter but still aren't able to give access to my Share to my VA in the Phillipines.
Here is what I have done so far:
1. She has installed ReadyNAS remote on her computer and created an account for herself.
2. I have opened RAIDar, gone to the ReadyNAS remote screen, searched for her email address and added her user name.
3. She has then logged in to ReadyNAS remote...right clicked the blue folder in system tray to connect, and has seen my Share.
4. She can open the Share to see the top level folders...but when she double clicks one of the internal folders it seems to load for 5 minutes, and then gets the following error message:
Share1 is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the adminstrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
This is what lead me to the above post...
Incidentally, my CIFS tab looks completely different to that shown above...I don't have that many options:

Any help greatly appreciated....I have spent countless hours on this trawling this forum...i've run out of ideas!?
